At Velané, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy.
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Preference for a different style or color.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- Your prepaid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
- You receive a defective or incorrect product that cannot be replaced.
Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- All approved refunds will be processed in the form of a bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Velané reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund request.
Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need a different size or receive a defective item, we’re happy to assist.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original box and packaging.
- Include all tags and accessories (if applicable).
Exchanges are available for:
- Size issues.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect item received.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support through WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Once the returned item passes inspection, your replacement will be dispatched.
Courier Charges
- Customers are responsible for return courier charges for size exchanges.
- If the wrong or defective item was sent by Velané, we will bear the courier charges.
Important Notes
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Velané, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Karachi: 2–3 working days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days
- Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is applicable on all orders across Pakistan.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to track your shipment.
